ST. CHARLES – A St. Charles municipal candidates forum is set for March 12 at the Arcada Theatre, 105 E. Main St. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. The forum starts at 6 p.m. The event will feature an equal chance for all mayoral candidates to answer six predetermined questions selected by the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce Legislative Committee.
