In Focus: Clowning around

While photographing an assignment in downtown Geneva, I looked out the window of the shop I was in and noticed Jack Kramer of St. Charles – as Polyester – strolling down the street in full clown regalia, including a tiny umbrella. 

Kramer had just finished entertaining a crowd at Delnor Glen and figured that because it was such a nice day, he'd go for a walk down Third Street.

I think he put a lot of smiles on some shoppers' faces, too.
