BATAVIA – A 61-year-old Sugar Grove man died Friday in a two-car crash that took place at Randall Road and McKee Street in Batavia, according to a news release issued by the Batavia Police Department.

David A. Schele died of injuries suffered in the crash, the release stated.The cause of the crash is under investigation.

The crash happened at 6:22 p.m. at the intersection, the release stated, and two vehicles were involved. One vehicle was occupied by two people, who were treated and released at the scene. The other was occupied by Schele, who was taken to Delnor Hospital.
