First job? Selling carpeting

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? A professional athlete. I became a school teacher instead.

A book you’d recommend? The Bible

Favorite charity? Christ Community Church in St. Charles, and I volunteer at the Geneva History Center.

Favorite local restaurant? State Street Diner in Geneva

What is an interesting factoid about yourself? I taught emotionally disturbed kids in Kentucky for seven years.
