Where did you grow up? Greece

What was your first job? A server at a restaurant in Des Plaines for my father

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? I wanted to be a designer of clothes.

Did you ever do that? I married a man with a restaurant business.

What is a book you would recommend? “Fifty Shades of Grey”

What is a movie you would recommend? “My Big Fat Greek Wedding”

What is your favorite charity? Anything to fight cancer

What is your favorite local restaurant? Papa G’s. We’ve been here for 18 years.
