Convenient care arrives in Sugar Grove

SUGAR GROVE – Stacey Merkel Puett said there were times when one of her children would get sick, and she would round up all of her kids, pack them into a vehicle and take them for a trip out of town, just for minor medical care.

That routine may be a thing of the past. The opening of Rush-Copley Convenient Care at 472 N. Route 47 in Sugar Grove will make things easier, Puett said. The center opened earlier this year.

“It’s across the street,” said Puett, joking that she’s “hoping not to visit” but that it’s a much better option for something minor such as an ear infection.
