St. Charles police reports

• Ryan J. Griffin, 23, of the 200 block of South 17th Street, St. Charles, was charged Feb. 17 with public drunkenness.

• Peter M. Olson, 38, of the 700 block of North Lincoln Avenue, Geneva, was charged Feb. 17 with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use.

• Graffiti was reported Feb. 17 on a retaining wall directly behind Sportsplex Athletico, 1400 Foundry St.

• Dustin A. Chapin, 27, of the 300 block of Surrey Lane, Bloomingdale, was charged Feb. 17 with fighting after reportedly hitting a bouncer at Alley 64, 212 W. Main St.

• Joseph F. Binkley Jr., 27, of the 3S200 block of Blackthorn Lane, St. Charles, was charged Feb. 16 with battery after reportedly hitting a bouncer in the face at Alley 64, 212 W. Main St.

• Glenn A. Franklin, 50, of the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue, Big Rock, was charged Feb. 16 with disorderly conduct.

• Nicole M. Pstrong, 33, of the 200 block of Cedar Avenue, St. Charles, was charged Feb. 16 with leaving the scene of an accident and failure to stop or yield at an intersection. She reportedly hit a pick-up truck at Third and Cedar avenues, causing minimal damage to its passenger side bumper.

• Sharyn Rose Foley, 26, 18500 block of Center Avenue, Homewood, was charged Feb. 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content of more than 0.08 percent, disobeying a stop sign and improper lane use.

• Lloyd Edgar Parks, 53, of the 43W700 block of Clover Court, St. Charles, was charged Feb. 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was reportedly slumped over the wheel of a running vehicle in the parking lot of Binny’s Beverage Depot, 1950 Lincoln Highway at 2:47 p.m. Security footage reportedly showed he pulled into the lot at 1:30 p.m.

• Graffiti was reported Feb. 15 on two walls of the east side parking deck, 200 Walnut Ave.

• The Hilton Garden Inn, 4070 E. Main St., reported Feb. 14 that between Jan. 7 and Feb. 8 someone had stolen three Phillips 37-inch LCD TVs from a secured storage room. The TVs were reportedly new and in the box.

• A resident of Lazarus House, 214 Walnut St., reported Feb. 14 that someone had stolen 16 articles of clothing, including pants, socks, boxers and T-shirts.

• Douglas W. Komes, 54, of the 200 block of Indiana Street, St. Charles, was charged Feb. 13 with public intoxication.

• A resident of Brighton Gardens, 600 Dunham Road, reported Feb. 13 jewelry had been stolen from her unit, including a custom necklace valued at $14,000.

• Alan Sanchez, 27, of the 1100 block of South 11th Avenue, St. Charles, was charged Feb. 13 with driving without insurance and with a suspended license. He also was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

• Antonia Galicia Anguiano, 34, of the 1400 block of Indiana Street, St. Charles, was charged Feb. 12 with driving without a license in connection with a Feb. 7 accident at West Main Street and 12th Street.

• Robin A. Appelhans, 52, of the 100 block of Lakeside Drive, St. Charles, was charged Tuesday, Feb. 19, with retail theft for reportedly stealing a $150 Kuerig K-Cup coffee maker on Feb. 7 and three pieces of swimwear with a total value of $118 on Feb. 19 from Kohl’s, 3840 E. Main St.
