Where did you grow up? Seattle, and then Deer Park

Pets? A yellow lab named Goldie and a Maltese poodle named Harley

Who would play you in the movie of your life? Katharine Hepburn

First job? Baby-sitting

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? An actress, but I became a history educator. I work at the Geneva History Center.

A book you’d recommend? “A Woman in Berlin: Eight Weeks in the Conquered City: A Diary” by anonymous.

Favorite charity? Geneva History Center and Garfield Farm Museum

Do you play an instrument? The mandolin

Do you speak another language? French

What is an interesting factoid about yourself? I climbed the highest point in the Indian Ocean Islands, Piton des Neiges, while I was teaching overseas on Reunion Island.
