St. Charles police reports

• Azucena Contreres, 33, of the 600 block of North Lincoln Avenue, Aurora, was charged Tuesday, March 5, with driving without a license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after an accident in the 1100 block of Geneva Road.

• Julie Anne Curran, 42, of the 3N900 block of Emily Dickens Lane, St. Charles, was charged Wednesday, March 6, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

• Ashley Conde, 21, of the 900 block of North Fifth Avenue, St. Charles, was charged Thursday, March 7, with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, disobeying a stop sign and failure to stop or yield at an intersection. She also was arrested on warrants from St. Charles and DuPage County for failing to appear in court.

• Ever R. Arriaga, 28, of the 700 block of Main Street, West Chicago, was charged Friday, March 8, with driving without a license, driving without insurance and improper lighting. He also was arrested on a Kane County warrant for failing to appear in court on a charge of retail theft.

• Graffiti was reported at the East Side Sports Complex, 3565 Legacy Blvd., on Saturday, March 9.

• William N. Carperos, 49, of the 500 block of School Street, Geneva, was charged Sunday, March 10, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, improper lane use, disobeying a traffic control device and driving without lights when required.

• Miguel Proa, 58, of the 700 block of West Forest Avenue, West Chicago, was charged Sunday, March 10, with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use.

• Christopher M. French, 23, of the 2800 block of Stockberry Lane, St. Charles, was charged Monday, March 11, with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.
