U.S. Rep. Bill Foster, D-Naperville, invites students from the 11th Congressional District to participate in the 2013 Congressional Art Competition.
This year’s contest, entitled “An Artistic Discovery,” will feature young artists from across the country working in a variety of media. The competition is open to any high school student from the 11th District. Entries can be submitted through April 15. Contestants’ artwork will be displayed in a district gallery between April 20 and 27, ending with a reception where the winner and three runners-up will be announced.
