St. Charles mayoral candidate John Rabchuk issued the following news release:

St. Charles mayoral candidate John Rabchuk has announced a “Breakfast with the Candidate” event at McNally’s Traditional Irish Pub at 109 W. Main St., St. Charles. The event takes place from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, March 23.

“We have had a good response to these open forum events from residents and local business owners alike throughout the campaign,” Rabchuk said in a news release. “They provide an opportunity for the community to ask direct questions and state their concerns, while also sharing ideas and opportunities they see for St. Charles. Clearly, the community has endorsed my specific ideas and leadership message. I am committed to continuing these open forums at locations throughout the city after I am elected mayor of St. Charles on April 9.”

What do you think of people using fireworks near their homes?

That shouldn't be tolerated. It's dangerous.
I'd never do it, but I'll watch others.
It's OK so long as the fireworks are legal.
It's not a problem. It's just a way to celebrate.
I have no opinion.
