Geneva resident Adrian Finiak, 25, was working at Biggby Coffee in St. Charles, when he answered 10 questions for the Kane County Chronicle’s Brenda Schory.

Where did you grow up? Elmhurst

Who would play you in the movie of your life? Johnny Depp

First job? Summer job at Dairy Queen

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? A veterinarian. I went to school for journalism.

A movie you’d recommend? “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner”

Hobbies? Coffee, writing and painting in acrylic

Do you plan an instrument? Guitar and ukelele

Do you speak another language? Ukrainian. I went to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic School, and it was taught as a language. I am Ukrainian.

Favorite local restaurant? Matsuri Japanese Restaurant in Geneva

What is an interesting factoid about yourself? When I was in kindergarten, I was an extra in “My Life” with Nicole Kidman, Bradley Whitford and Queen Latifah.
