City of St. Charles launches St. Charles Connect app

ST. CHARLES – The City of St. Charles has launched St. Charles Connect, a mobile application giving citizens direct access to the city from their smartphones. Users can report an issue, such as broken streetlights and potholes.

It is free to download. It is available in the iPhone and Android app stores now and will soon be available for Windows 8 and Blackberry. It also is accessible at Reports sent through St. Charles Connect will be handled during normal business hours. For emergencies, call 911.
