St. Charles police reports

• A resident of the 200 block of South 18th Street, St. Charles, asked for extra patrol Wednesday, April 3, after a silver Chevrolet Suburban was parked in front of his house about 3:30 p.m. and the male occupant was staring at his house. Later, the resident reportedly approached the vehicle, and it drove off. The man appeared to be in his late 20s or early 30s, the resident reported.

• Victor Rendon-Cervantez, 21, of the 100 block of Montana Avenue, Glendale Heights, was charged Friday, April 5, with driving without a license and disobeying a traffic control device after a crash at Kautz Road and East Main Street.

• Dana L. Bee, 21, of the 200 block of Willow Lane, Streamwood, was charged Friday, April 5, with public drunkenness.

• Mark T. Rains, 26, of the 0-100 block of Castle Bar Court, South Elgin, was charged Friday, April 5, with public drunkenness.

• Michael Ronald Blumenthal, 33, of the 200 block of North Grace Avenue, Park Ridge, was arrested Thursday, April 4, on a St. Charles warrant for failing to appear in court on an ordinance violation.
