More from Monty

Additional thoughts from Monty Jahns, who confirmed Monday he'll be resigning his post as Kaneland wrestling coach after five seasons:

On the Kaneland wrestling community: "The parents and wrestlers and coaches at Kaneland are just so easy to get along with, and I never had an issue in the program or any issues at all. It's pretty amazing if you can go through 10 years in the high school level without having any issues to speak of. It just makes it that much easier and much more fun."

On his decision to step down, which related to his full-time role at Nicor Gas: "Too busy at my real job, or the other job, I should say. ... I just felt that I couldn't commit the time needed to that coach's position."
