Kisch and tell

Freshman pitcher Emily Kisch turned in another dazzler for the Burlington Central softball team Thursday, recording each of her 15 outs via strikeout in a 14-0, 5-inning rout of North Boone.

Kisch scattered one hit and one walk.

"There were some fouls and a few counts where she went to 3-2 and such, but just the one ball in play," BC coach Wade Maisto said.

Kisch notched 14 strikeouts in seven innings while no-hitting Harvard on April 16.
