Warm up the bus

The Cougars left Fifth Third Bank Ballpark Thursday morning on their longest road trip – by distance – of the season, a six-game swing to Fort Wayne and Lake County (Ohio).

Players weren't exactly dreading that minor league rite of passage as they packed their bags earlier this week.

"We're all good friends here, so bus trips aren't that bad," reliever Nathan Dorris said. "There's a lot of talk, a lot of fun going on, so it's not too bad, you know."

Headphone time can be just as abundant. While I wouldn't bet any players listened to this top-notch bus song on their I-pod along the way, I figured it was worth a share.
