St. Charles police reports

• Tye Preston Warden, 47, of the 900 block of North Highland Avenue, Aurora, was charged Friday, May 3, with driving with a revoked license, a Class 4 felony and violating the electronic home monitoring program, a Class 3 felony. He also received a warning for a traffic signal violation.

• Andrew Nicholas Grunewald, 22, of the 2900 block of Culver Lane, West Chicago, was charged Saturday, May 4, with driving under the influence of alcohol. He reportedly fell asleep behind the wheel of a running vehicle at the McDonald’s drive-thru at 3900 E. Main St., St. Charles.

• Anthony Edward Tucker, 21, of the 1400 block of Madison Avenue, St. Charles, was charged Sunday, May 5, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jason Michael Tatera, 22, of the 400 block of South 11th Avenue, St. Charles, was charged Sunday, May 5, with driving with a suspended license, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Joshua A. Marozik, 21, of the 6N700 block of Wabash Avenue, St. Charles, was charged Monday, April 29, with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Alexander Steven Heath, 21, of the 0-100 block of North 15th Street, St. Charles, was charged Monday, April 29, with criminal trespass to land, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A resident of the 200 block of North 15th Street reported Monday, April 29, that an apartment window was damaged by unknown means.

• Jay G. Turingan, 36, of the 1300 block of South 14th Street, St. Charles, was transported Thursday, May 2, from the DuPage County Jail to the Kane County Jail on a St. Charles warrant. Kane County also had a warrant for his arrest.
