Geneva prepares for Multisport Madness Triathlon

GENEVA – Delnor Health & Wellness Center is hosting the 13th Annual Multisport Madness Triathlon Team Youth Triathlon on May 26. The event is expected to draw athletes to Geneva for the event.

To accommodate the event, the Geneva Police Department has issued a traffic advisory. The approved course will necessitate the closure of the following roadways from approximately 7 to 9 a.m. – Williamsburg Avenue west of Randall Road, Fisher Drive, from Heartland Drive to Bricher Road, Bricher Road, from the western most entrance of the Geneva Commons to Peck Road.

There will be police officers and volunteers working the event. They will assist residents in this affected area come and go to their residences as quickly as they are able. There will be some delay as there will be numerous bicyclists on the course.
