Batavia police reports

• Marc T. Okerbad, 22, of the 500 block of South Harrison Street, Batavia, was charged May 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, three counts of resisting or obstructing a police officer and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A Rottweiler was pepper sprayed by a Batavia police officer May 18 after it had charged the officer, who was responding to a complaint of a Rottweiler and a Bullmastiff running loose in the 200 block of South Harrison Street. The officer returned the dogs to the 300 block of South Harrison Street to their owner, who was issued a dog at large violation.

• A men’s mountain bike valued at $100 was reported taken May 18 from the 0-100 block of North Harrison Street.

• Three woodworking machines were reported taken May 17 from a garage in the 100 block of North Dixon Drive. The machines were last seen two weeks ago in the garage.

• Stanley G. Wallace, 61, of the 200 block of Parkview Drive, Oregon, was charged May 15 with retail theft after taking an $89 titanium hammer from Menards, 300 N. Randall Road.

• Tanya M. Gregoire, 24, of the 700 block of Lancaster Lane, Geneva, was charged May 15 with possession of a controlled substance after an incident in the Steak ‘n Shake parking lot at 1901 McKee St.
