Several Batavia cars burglarized overnight

BATAVIA – Several cars parked on Orchard Court, Goldenrod Drive and Cardinal Court were burglarized during the overnight hours between May 20 and May 21, according to police reports.

In one incident, an iPod valued at $50 was reported taken from an unlocked car parked in the 900 block of Orchard Court. In another incident, a men’s wallet valued at $15 was taken, along with its contents, including a driver’s license and debit and credit cards.

In another incident, paperwork was rifled through but nothing was taken from another unlocked car parked in the 900 block of Orchard Court.

An iPad, a CD and a DVD player were reported taken from an unlocked car parked in the 1300 block of Goldenrod Drive.

In addition, an iPad valued at $400 and several CDs were taken from a car parked in the 1000 block of Cardinal Court.

Also, a sunglasses case, $20 in loose change and a camera and case valued at $400 were taken from an unlocked car parked in the 1000 block of Cardinal Court.
