Rademacher on target for Wednesday return

Cougars right fielder Bijan Rademacher, out since May 26 with a knee injury, took batting practice Monday and is likely to come off the 7-day disabled list Wednesday, manager Mark Johnson said.

Rademacher was hitting .320 with 15 RBIs in 41 games before he was hurt in a 7-5 loss at Quad Cities on May 26. He was placed on the DL two days later.

"He took BP today, and he looks all right," Johnson said. "Don't even know how [the injury] happened. It just did. He had a little issue in there, it was bothering him, and I think he's almost 100 percent."
