• The garage door of a house in the 01S200 block of Revere House Lane, Blackberry Township, was reported vandalized Sunday, June 2, by paving bricks being thrown at it, which left dents and dirt.

• Miguel A. Ojeda-Villa, 34, of the 2200 block of West 51st Street, Chicago, was charged Sunday, June 2, with driving under the influence, driving without a valid license, driving without insurance and improper lane use. His passenger, Benjamin Uribe, 43, of the 2700 block of West 24th Place, Chicago, was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol.

•  Brian L. Maytum, 53, of the 900 block of South Fourth Street, St. Charles, was charged Saturday, June 1, with battery.

• A shed on the 01N300 block of Countrylife Drive, Kaneville Township, was reported vandalized Friday, May 31, by black spray paint.

• A woman who lives in the 0S100 block of Catlin Square, Blackberry Township, reported a $4,200 theft as a result of identity theft Monday, June 3. According to reports, she found an unauthorized withdrawal from her bank account. A copy of the withdrawal shows it was made at a branch in Carmel, Ind., on May  23, but it was not done by the woman. The bank has been notified, officials said.
