ST. CHARLES – A 51-year-old St. Charles man has been charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, in a stabbing incident that took place Saturday afternoon on North 15th Street, according to a news release from the St. Charles Police Department.

Edward Brubaker, of the 100 block of North 15th Street, St. Charles, was charged in the incident, which took place at an apartment in the address in which he resided, police said.
