St. Charles police reports

• A rear side window of a 2005 Jeep was reportedly vandalized Friday, June 7, in the St. Charles East High School parking lot, 1020 Dunham Road, St. Charles.

• A tire on a 1999 Ford was reported punctured Friday, June 7, in the 1800 block of Walnut Street, St. Charles.

• A generator was reported stolen Friday, June 7, in the 3500 block of Swenson Avenue, St. Charles.

• Deontae C. Nichols, 22, of the 2200 block of South Hamlin Avenue, Chicago, was arrested Tuesday, June 11, on two warrants for failing to appear in court on retail theft charges. Police reportedly took Nichols from Cook County Post 8 Jail to the Kane County Jail.

• About six BB pellets reportedly shattered the window of an Audi in the 300 block of North 15th Street, St. Charles, on Monday, June 10. Estimated damage was $200.

• About 90 feet of copper piping valued at $850 was reported stolen Monday, June 10, from a house being renovated in the 1500 block of South Tyler Road, St. Charles. About $2,000 in damage was reportedly caused by the improper pipe removal. Police noted no signs of forced entry.

• An iPad was reported stolen Sunday, June 9, at Pheasant Run Resort, 4051 E. Main St., St. Charles.
