Batavia Police Reports

• Jacob A. Pesavante, 19, of the 1100 block of Milne Drive, Lockport, and Jordan P. Matzen-Campise, 19, of the 1100 block of West Wilson Street, were charged Sunday, June 30, with underage consumption of alcohol after an incident in the 1100 block of West Wilson Street.

• Timothy A. Mednansky, 34, of the 500 block of Peebles Court, Batavia, was charged Sunday, June 30, with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to give information after striking an unattended vehicle.

• Erin G. Phipps, 35, of the 200 block of East Wilson Street, was charged Sunday, June 30, with two counts of domestic battery.

• Lesly A. Ayala, 46, of the 300 block of Mill Street, Batavia, was charged Sunday, June 30, with retail theft from Kohl’s, 251 N. Randall Road.

• Briana D. Moss, 19, of the 2000 block of Illinois Avenue, Aurora, was charged Sunday, June 30, with retail theft from Kohl’s, 251 N. Randall Road.

• Kelsey L. Thwaites, 18, of the 2400 block of Fox Drive, Aurora, was charged Sunday, June 30, with retail theft from Kohl’s, 252 N. Randall Road.

• Police on Monday, July 1, assisted Batavia firefighters with a dumpster fire at Cartridge World, 821 N. Randall Road. There was no structural damage to the building. What started the fire was unknown.

• Someone used five counterfeit $100 bills to purchase items Saturday, June 29, at Target, 115 N. Randall Road, police said. The suspect also returned an item from the Target store in St. Charles and tried to make a purchase with a declined credit card.
