Police Reports

St. Charles police reports

• Aldo Gonzalez, 37, of the 900 block of Spring Avenue, St. Charles, was charged Sunday, July 14, with driving with a revoked license, driving without insurance and obstructing police. He was also arrested on a DuPage County warrant for failing to appear in court.

• Ryan J. Griffin, 23, of the 200 block of South 17th Street, St. Charles, was charged Saturday, July 13, with public drunkenness.

• David Joseph Acevedo, 53, of the 700 block of Arrowhead Lane, St. Charles, was charged Saturday, July 13, with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding in a construction zone and failure to signal when required.

• Herman Little, 27, was arrested Saturday, July 13, on a warrant for failing to appear in court.

• A 55-gallon garbage can valued at $75 was reported stolen Wednesday, July 10, in the 500 block of North Second Avenue in St. Charles.

• Mark R. Chroust, 27, of the 1100 block of Sunset Road, Geneva, was charged Tuesday, July 9, with resisting and obstructing police and having open alcohol in a public place after a disturbance outside of the St. Charles Public Library.

• Graffiti was found Friday, July 12, on an electric meter outside the dog park bathrooms at 3790 Commerce Drive in St. Charles.
