Geneva police reports

• Barbara A. Parkin, 35, of the 1400 block of South Seventh Street, St. Charles, was charged Saturday, Aug. 24, with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content more than .08 percent, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage.

• Roman J. Garza, 35, of the 200 block of North First Street, Geneva, was charged Saturday, Aug. 24, with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content more than .08 percent, driving with a suspended license and was ticketed for driving without headlights when required.

• Thirty-two silver rings valued at $658.40 were reported stolen Friday, Aug. 23, from Pax Vobiscum, 227 S. Third St. Taken were 12 Jesus’ feet rings, 12 little cross rings and eight adjustable butterfly rings.

• Fernando Lopez Jr., 20, of the 800 block of Oliver Avenue, Aurora, was charged Sunday, Aug. 25, with underage drinking.

• A woman’s bike valued at $1,587 was reported stolen Sunday, Aug. 25, from an open garage at a house in the 100 block of Richards Street.

• A mailbox valued at $40 was reported damaged Saturday, Aug. 24, in the 2100 block of Blackberry Drive.

• John E. Thurlow, 44, of the 800 block of Geneva Drive, Geneva, was charged Tuesday, Aug. 20, with two counts of domestic battery.

• Donna M. Parker, 54, of the 2400 block of Courtyard Circle, Aurora, was charged Saturday, Aug. 17, with driving under the combined influence of alcohol and drugs, driving with a suspended license and improper lane use.
