Batavia police reports

• Tools valued at $400 were reported taken Wednesday, Aug. 28, from a car in the 300 block of South Jackson Street. There were no signs of attempted or forced entry.

• Headphones valued at $170 were reported taken Wednesday, Aug. 28, from Batavia High School, 1201 Main St.

• Christopher W. Bice, 19, of the 600 block of First Street, Batavia, was charged Sunday, Aug. 25, with possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of alcohol by a minor. He also was cited for failing to signal and operating an uninsured vehicle.

• Donald V. Scott III, 33, of the 800 block of Elizabeth Street, Batavia, was charged Tuesday, Aug. 27, with domestic battery.

• Salvador M. Morales, 22, of the 1100 block of West Wilson Street, Batavia, was charged Sunday, Aug. 25, with two counts of domestic battery.

• William C. Johnson, 21, of the 100 block of South Washington Street, Batavia, was charged Saturday, Aug. 24, with driving under the influence of alcohol, unlawful possession of marijuana, illegal transportation of alcohol, operating an uninsured vehicle and driving without a rear registration plate light. Also charged in the same incident was John F. Peterson, 22, of the 300 block of Woodward Avenue, Geneva, with unlawful possession of marijuana.

• Several electronic items valued at $900 were reported taken Thursday, Aug. 22, from a car in the 900 block of Lexington Lane. The driver’s side front door was pried open to gain entry, according to police.

• Anthony R. Segundo, 38, of the 1300 block of East Indian Trail Road, Aurora, was charged Friday, Aug. 23, with domestic battery to cause bodily harm to a family member and insulting/provoking contact.
