The items purchased include a new carpet for children, toddler alphabet blocks and a Copernicus Regal Reading and Writing Center to enhance story times and other educational programs for the library’s young patrons.

The money was raised from the Friends annual Elburn Days book sale and ongoing Book Nook sale.
