Geneva District 304 students collecting food for pantry

GENEVA – Geneva School District 304 students are supporting the 2013 Red Ribbon Week theme of “A Healthy Me is Drug Free” through Friday, Oct. 25. There is a district-wide food drive to benefit the community pantry at First Baptist Church of Geneva.

The community pantry, which is open to any community member in need, is in need of nonperishable items. Community members are encouraged to support the drive by dropping off food donations at:

• Fabyan Elementary School, 0S350 Grengs Lane;

• Williamsburg Elementary School, 1812 Williamsburg Ave.; or

• First Baptist Church, 2300 South St.

The schools are competing for donating the most quantity of food, so participants may mark donations with the name of the school theyare supporting.
