St. Charles police reports

• Myles Alan Negron, 24, of the 300 block of South Second Avenue, St. Charles, was charged Sunday, Dec. 1, with driving under the influence of alcohol, disobeying a traffic-control signal and improper lane use after his vehicle hit an unoccupied van in the area of Riverside and South Second avenues in St. Charles.

• Shane M. Seuscher, 21, of the 2400 block of Alamance Drive, Elburn, was charged Sunday, Dec. 1, with public urination.

• A locked 2007 Honda CRV was reported burglarized Sunday, Dec. 1, in the 1800 block of West Main Street, St. Charles. Two purses valued at $70 and $250, a $50 wallet, a driver’s license, a state identification card, six credit cards, gift cards and $300 were reported stolen. Four of the credit cards were reportedly used to make purchases in Hanover Park, Schaumburg, Calumet City and Chicago Heights.

• Five men were charged Saturday, Nov. 30, with fighting and public drunkenness for reportedly fighting at Cedar and Second streets in St. Charles at about 2 a.m. Those charged were Christopher M. Principio, 24, and Conrad L. Hurst, 24, both of the 6N100 block of Ridgewood Lane, St. Charles; Dominic David Welch, 23, of the 0-100 block of South Airlite Street, Elgin; and Adrian Castillo, 22, and Alfredo Castillo Jr., 24, both of the 600 block of Van Street, Elgin.

• Lori Caroline Deschryver, 22, of the 39W100 block of South Hyde Park, Geneva, was charged Saturday, Nov. 30, with battery.

• Seven minors traveling in a 2003 Ford Expedition were charged with underage drinking Saturday, Nov. 30, after police stopped the vehicle for reportedly going 47 mph in a 35 mph zone on East Main Street in St. Charles. Those charged were Sarah M. Diver, 18, of the 100 block of Sunset Avenue, Glen Ellyn; Michael C. Hanson, 19, of the 500 block of Wilson Avenue, Glen Ellyn; Brendan K. Marren, 18, of the 500 block of North First Street, Geneva; John P. Webb, 19, of the 400 block of Country Club Lane, Glen Ellyn; Megan E. Parisi, 19, of the 0S300 block of Starcliff Court, Winfield; Peter F. Quirk, 18, of the 900 block of Chael Court, Glen Ellyn; and Alex G. Alcantarn, 18, of the 1300 block of Colonial Square, Wheaton. The 18-year-old driver was not charged.

• Xavier Rodriguez, 21, of the 2000 block of Hawthorne Avenue, Melrose Park, was charged Thursday, Nov. 28, with possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.

• Christopher J. Broz, 24, of the 300 block of Basswood Court, Carol Stream, was charged Thursday, Nov. 28, with public urination.

• Michael A. Richard, 22, of the 600 block of Natoma Drive, Elgin, was charged Thursday, Nov. 28, with having open alcohol in a public place.

• Christopher J. Reyes, 24, of the 600 block of Juli Drive, South Elgin, was charged Thursday, Nov. 28, with having open alcohol in a public place.

• A 45-year-old St. Charles man reported Wednesday, Nov. 27, that his UPS account was compromised and used to ship 41 packages to locations throughout the United States.

• A 58-year-old St. Charles man reported Wednesday, Nov. 27, that between Nov. 25 and Nov. 26, 75 packages were sent using his FedEx account, resulting in about $1,500 in charges. At least one of the shipments was reportedly part of a scam.

• Francesca Rose Hagerman, 71, of the 400 block of South Eighth Court, St. Charles, was charged Wednesday, Nov. 27, with retail theft for reportedly stealing about $111 in merchandise from Meijer, 855 S. Randall Road, St. Charles.

• Troy Stefano DeFilippis, 18, of the 4N800 block of Honey Hill Circle, Wayne, was charged Wednesday, Nov. 27, with defrauding a drug and alcohol screening test at a site in the 300 block of North Randall Road, St. Charles.

• A 70-year-old St. Charles man reported Thursday, Nov. 21, that his Macy’s credit card was used to make three unauthorized purchases totaling $7,835.81.

• An iPod was reported stolen from an unlocked car Tuesday, Nov. 26, in the 300 block of South Seventh Street, St. Charles. Other unlocked cars in the area were reportedly entered, but nothing was reported stolen.

• An unlocked 2004 Mazda and 1995 Mazda were reportedly burglarized Monday, Nov. 25, in the 1400 block of South Ninth Street in St. Charles. A $25 gas card, a $30 tool, a $25 iPhone charger, a $200 navigation system and a $70 battery pack charger were reported stolen.

• David L. Foreman, 49, of the 100 block of South Tyler Road, St. Charles, was arrested Tuesday, Nov. 26, on Kane County and Elgin warrants for failing to appear in court on traffic offenses. He also was wanted on a third warrant out of Lee County, but it was outside the geographical limits to apply.
