St. Charles man held in Ogle County on sex abuse charge

OREGON – A St. Charles man taken into custody this week on charges of criminal sexual abuse.

Julian A. Ozer, 22, was arrested Wednesday on an outstanding warrant, according to a news release from the Ogle County Sheriff’s Department.

His was taken to the Ogle County Jail, where he was being held on $15,000 bond. He was still in custody Friday morning.

He is expected in court Jan. 13.
