Where did you grow up? Wasco, which is now in Campton Hills
Pets? A curbstone setter named Diesel – a rat terrier mix. He has had diabetes for six years.
Who would play you in the movie of your life? Rodney Dangerfield
First job? At Wasco Nursery
As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? A daredevil like Evel Knievel. I own a body shop instead. I bought Black’s Auto Body in Geneva, and now it’s State Street Collision.
A movie you’d recommend? “High Plains Drifter”
Favorite charity? Anderson Animal Shelter in South Elgin
What game show would you be on? “Wheel of Fortune”
Favorite local restaurant? Any restaurant that carries Slap You Silly Hot Sauce
What is an interesting factoid about yourself? I developed my own hot sauce seven years ago, and now it’s bottled and used at several restaurants. Slap You Silly Hot Sauce is available online at www.SlapYouSilly.net and at the Blue Goose in St. Charles. I also sell it at farmers markets in the summer.
