Mill Creek students supporting Ronald McDonald House

GENEVA – Mill Creek Elementary School students are very excited to support Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana and the Cadence Health Foundation this school year, as the two organizations work together to build a Ronald McDonald House near Cadence Health – CDH Campus.

Mill Creek Elementary School is focusing all of its fundraising efforts this school year on the Cadence Health Foundation (which includes Delnor Hospital in Geneva and Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield) and the Ronald McDonald House project.

The school’s goal is to raise $5,000.

The student council’s “Coins for Kids” program will run through Valentine’s Day. During the drive, students will collect spare change as a fundraiser for Ronald McDonald House, for which construction will begin in March.

Updates on fundraisers and Mill Creek Elementary School’s progress toward its $5,000 goal will be available on the school’s website at www.geneva304.org.
