Police Reports

St. Charles police reports

• Fabian S. Cruz, 28, of the 29W500 block of North Avenue, West Chicago, was charged Friday, Feb. 7, with driving with an expired registration. He also was arrested on a Kendall County warrant for failing to appear in court on charges of marijuana possession and resisting police.

• Andrew David Cabin, 40, of the 200 block of Walnut Drive, St. Charles, was charged Saturday, Feb. 8, with public drunkenness.

• Samuel Vilmeus, 29, of the 900 block of Ridge Drive, DeKalb, was arrested Sunday, Feb. 9, on a DeKalb County warrant for failing to appear in court on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

• Nicole M. Stockton, 19, of the 4N200 block of Lake Eleanor Drive, Wayne, was charged Saturday, Feb. 8, with felony retail theft for reportedly stealing three purses and one wallet totaling $516 from Von Maur, 3810 E. Main St., St. Charles. She reportedly told police she wanted to sell the handbags to people at school or online to make money for college tuition.

• Kyle Isaac Ivanov, 19, of the 700 block of Serendipity Drive, Aurora, was charged Sunday, Feb. 9, with obstructing identification. He also was arrested on a Kane County warrant for failing to appear in court and two Kendall County warrants for failing to appear in court on charges of manufacturing/delivering marijuana and theft.
