Police Reports

Batavia police reports

• Kimberly L. Whitehead, 35, and Carlos G. Rico, 39, both of the 2000 block of Illinois Avenue, Aurora, were charged Thursday, Feb. 20, with retail theft from Menards, 300 N. Randall Road.

• Quintin J. Montgomery, 25, of the 2900 block of West Walnut Street, Chicago, was arrested Wednesday, Feb. 19, on a warrant for domestic battery and criminal trespass to land.

• Davis R. Abernathy, 65, of the 2S500 block of Deerpath Road near Batavia, was charged Tuesday, Feb. 18, with driving under the influence of alcohol and disobeying a stop sign.

• Edward R. Arbet, 54, of the 600 block of North Prairie Street, was charged Monday, Feb. 17, with assault and disorderly conduct.

• The rear window of a vehicle was reported smashed out Sunday, Feb. 16, while parked at Walmart, 801 N. Randall Road, causing an estimated $200 in damage.

• Douglas W. Komes, 55, of the 200 block of Indiana Street, St. Charles, was charged Saturday, Feb. 15, with retail theft from 7-Eleven, 336 E. Wilson St.

• Graffiti was reported Thursday, Feb. 13, scrawled on an AT&T utility box in front of Immanuel Lutheran Church, 950 Hart Road.
