Geneva police reports

• Thomas G. Nelson, 27, of the 200 block of Richards Street, Geneva, was charged Sunday, Feb. 23, with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content of more than 0.08 percent and leaving the scene of an accident. Nelson and Timothy G. Modjeski, 27, of the same address, also were charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia – four glass smoking pipes and a metal marijuana grinder with a red Chicago Bulls logo on it – and possession of 13.2 grams of marijuana.  

• Paul A. Zabilka, 36, of the 200 block of North First Street, Geneva, was charged Friday, Feb. 21, with driving under the influence and speeding.

• A catalytic converter valued at $480 was reported stolen Saturday, Feb. 22, from a 1996 Toyota 4Runner parked at the train depot parking lot, 328 Crescent Place.
