Kane County Sheriff’s Office police reports

• A resident of the 6N500 block of Sycamore Avenue in St. Charles Township reported Wednesday, Feb. 26, that he got a credit card bill for an account he hasn’t used in several years. The outstanding balance was nearly $6,600, which was accrued between Jan. 12 and Feb. 18. The card expired in December 2013. A new card was activated Jan. 12, but the account holder told police he didn’t have the card or activate it.

• Adriana Diego-Uriostegui, 30, of the 600 block of Cheyenne Avenue, was charged Saturday, March 1, with driving without a license and driving too fast for conditions after reportedly sliding into a traffic light pole at Orchard Road and Interstate 88 in North Aurora.

• Stephen J. LaPierre, 55, of the 42W900 block of Whirlaway Drive, Elburn, was charged Monday, Feb. 24, with aggravated assault and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.
