St. Charles police reports

• Reggie Cole, 38, of the 400 block of Stella Street, Elgin, was charged Wednesday, Feb. 26, with leaving the scene of an accident, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance. The charges stemmed from an accident Jan. 14.

• Ian B. Gemmell, 28, of the 1700 block of South Third Place, St. Charles, was charged Wednesday, Feb. 26, with selling tobacco to a minor at Lundeen’s Liquor, 1315 W. Main St., St. Charles.

• Terrell Jones, 22, of the 100 block of Walnut Drive, St. Charles, was charged Thursday, Feb. 27, with driving with an expired registration and arrested on a Kane County warrant for failing to appear in court on a charge of driving with a revoked license. He also had warrants from Kendall County on a charge of possession of stolen property and in Batavia for failing to appear in court on a charge of disorderly conduct.

• Catherine F. Liss, 44, of the 1600 block of Columbia Circle, Bartlett, was charged Thursday, Feb. 27, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content of more than 0.08 percent and driving too fast for conditions after a rollover crash at Eighth Avenue and East Main Street in St. Charles.

• Jamal Walid Abu-Gheida, 18, of the 7N200 block of Hickory Lane, Elgin, was charged Thursday, Feb. 27, with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jocelyn M. Cadwallader-Bailey, 35, of the 39W300 block of Armstrong Lane, Geneva, was charged Thursday, Feb. 27, with leaving the scene of an accident and disobeying a traffic control device after an accident at Prairie and Third streets in St. Charles.

• Vincent Thomas Kasprzak Jr., 50, of the 2300 block of Elm Road, West Chicago, was charged Friday, Feb. 28, with reckless driving.

• Jose Vivera Medina, 40, of the 1600 block of Indiana Street, St. Charles, was charged Friday, Feb. 28, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content of more than 0.08 percent, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, leaving the scene of an accident and two counts of aggravated DUI-license suspended or revoked. His vehicle reportedly rear-ended another vehicle at West Main and Third streets in St. Charles.

• Robert A. Cox, 38, of the 100 block of Railroad Street, Sugar Grove, was charged Saturday, March 1, with battery and fighting.

• Darvee Daniels, 40, of the 400 block of North Avenue, Batavia, was charged Saturday, March 1, with battery and fighting.
