Face Time with Gina Gilchrist

Geneva resident Gina Gilchrist, 39, was at the Geneva Women’s Club’s Little Black Dress Celebration when she answered 10 questions for the Kane County Chronicle’s Brenda Schory.  

Where did you grow up? Cleveland

Pets? A chocolate lab named Chloe

First job? Baby-sitting and as a lifeguard

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? Pediatrician. I became a dietician instead.

A book you’d recommend? “Gone Girl” by Gillian Flynn

Favorite charity? We do a lot with our church, Holy Cross in Batavia, and my husband’s work, Friendship Village in Schaumburg.

What game show would you be on? “The Price is Right”

Do you play an instrument? Piano

Favorite local restaurant? Villa Verone in Geneva

What is an interesting factoid about yourself? I started my own private practice with Fox Valley Physical Therapy and Wellness Center in St. Charles.
