Face Time with Alexandra Battistoni

Darien resident Alexandra Battistoni, 26, was at La Vita Cigars in St. Charles when she answered eight questions for the Kane County Chronicle’s Brenda Schory.  

Where did you grow up? San Pedro Sula, Honduras. I came here when I was 13.

Pets? A Chihuahua named Cocoa and a cat named Alice.

Who would play you in the movie of your life? Audrey Hepburn

First job? At an ice cream store in Darien.

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? A scientist. I have worked in a lab and am still trying to find the right job.

A movie you’d recommend? “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” and “My Fair Lady”

Why are you here? I have smoked cigars for a long time. My boyfriend and I just stopped here before going to the Geneva Film Festival.

What is an interesting factoid about yourself? I dance to music with a hula hoop at music festivals in Chicago.
