Kane County Sheriff's Office police reports

• Signs for Mill Creek near Geneva were reported damaged Tuesday, March 11, with spray paint. Estimated damage was $100.

• Eduardo Rosas-Mayor, 36, of the 200 block of South McLean Boulevard, Elgin, was charged Saturday, March 15, with improper lane use, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content of more than 0.08 percent and felony DUI for driving without a license. He was stopped near the intersection of Randall Road and Route 64 in St. Charles.
