St. Charles police reports

• Jorge E. Gomez, 31, of the 0-100 block of Weston Court, South Elgin, was arrested Tuesday, March 4, on a warrant.

• John A. Esposito, 53, of the 900 block of Jeffrey Court, St. Charles, was charged Monday, March 17, with criminal damage to property.

• Gloria J. Carlson, 49, of the 47W500 block of I.C. Trail, Maple Park, was charged Sunday, March 16, with improper lane use, a seat belt violation, driving without insurance and driving under the influence of alcohol.

• Jason Kyle Edwards, 33, of the 100 block of North 15th Street, St. Charles, was arrested Thursday, March 13, on a warrant.

• Johnathan Rashad Caldwell, 23, of the 4700 block of North 29th Street, Milwaukee, Wis., was arrested Monday, March 17, on a warrant.

• Luke J. Slawek, 32, of the 3700 block of King George Lane, St. Charles, was charged Tuesday, March 18, with improper lane use, obstructing or resisting police and illegal transportation of alcohol by driver.

• Michael J. Devaney, 26, of the 1400 block of Umbdenstock Road, Elgin, was charged Saturday, March 15, with public drunkenness.

• Serge Garcia Ceralde, 71, of the 700 block of Stuarts Drive, St. Charles, was charged Friday, March 14, with battery.

• Robert M. Fortelka, 48, of the 500 block of Ingalton Avenue, West Chicago, was charged Sunday, March 16, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content of more than 0.08 percent, speeding and improper lane use.

• Bradley M. Moulton, 31, of the 200 block of Chesterfield Court, Schaumburg, was charged Sunday, March 16, with battery.

• Christopher David Eichhorst, 32, of the 200 block of Troy Lane, Lombard, was charged Sunday, March 16, with battery.

• Michael Gregory Kulpin, 18, of the 2700 block of West Main Street, St. Charles, was arrested Sunday, March 16, on a warrant.
