Parker's Farm recalls food products

Consumers should avoid eating certain peanut butter, cheese, salsa and spreads produced by Parkers Farm Acquisition LCC of Coon Rapids, Minn., because they might be contaminated with listeria monocytogenes bacteria, according to the Kane County Health Department.

No illnesses have been reported. Visit www.fda.gov for a full list of recalled products. They were distributed nationwide, including Illinois, under the Parkers Farm, Parkers, Happy Farms, Central Markets, Hy-Top, Amish Classic, Say Cheez, Win Schuler and Bucky Badger labels.
