St. Charles Library to host spring used book sale

ST. CHARLES – The Friends of St. Charles Public Library group will host its annual Spring Book Sale from  2:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 11; 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 12; and noon to 3 p.m. Sunday, April 13, in the Huntley Meeting Room of the St. Charles Public Library, One S. Sixth Ave., St. Charles.

The book sale will include paperbacks, hardcovers, CDs, DVDs, videos, audio tapes and more.

Sunday shoppers can purchase a bag of books for $10.

Some of the types of books and materials that will be available for purchase are: children’s, classics, cooking, crafts, gardening, history, hobbies, fine arts, mystery, romance, science, sports, travel, westerns and more. 

Established in 1979, the Friends of St. Charles Library raises funds in support of the library for the benefit and enhancement of its services, programs, facilities, staff and the community it serves.
