Elburn ministry’s resale shop Beautiful U opens

Bill and Liz Hough perform the celebratory ribbon-cutting Saturday at the grand opening of Beautiful U resale shop at 112 N. Main St., Elburn. The Houghs were joined by Jamie Scroggs (to the left of Liz Hough) and Tom Walthour (to the right of Bill Hough), as well as Elburn Chamber of Commerce officials, including Karen Park (far left), the organization’s president, as well as Elburn Village President Dave Anderson (far right). The resale shop was founded to help fund Beautiful U Ministries, which serves the needs of at-risk pregnant teens and teen mothers. The resale shop sells clothing items for youths and adults, as well as furniture, home decor, accessories, toys and books. For information, visit www.beautifuluministries.org.
