Elburn police reports

• The fire department reportedly found ashes on an entrance mat to the Elburn Community Center, 525 N. Main St., on Sunday, March 30, after a citizen reported a strong smell of something burning in the vestibule area.

• Mary L. Godee, 42, of the 1000 block of Souders Avenue, Elburn, was cited Friday, March 21, with having barking dogs that created a disturbance in the neighborhood. Five dogs, including a golden retriever and black Labrador, were reportedly on her property.

• Allen H. Brown, 46, of the 3000 block of West 71st Street, Chicago, turned himself in Monday, March 24, on a DeKalb warrant carrying a charge of manufacturing amphetamines.
