St. Charles police reports

• Wade Edward Carpenter, 23, of the 1800 block of Wessel Court, St. Charles, was charged Thursday, April 10, with assault and disorderly conduct.

• Mariano Rubio, 36, of the 1200 block of Kings Cross Road, West Chicago, was charged Thursday, April 10, with driving without a license, driving without insurance, disobeying a stop sign and felony possession of a controlled substance.

• Al S. Smith, 24, of the 7N200 block of Hickory Lane, Elgin, was charged Thursday, April 10, with felony retail theft for reportedly stealing about $116 worth of merchandise.

• Mario Garcia, 37, of the 6N400 block of Geneva Road, St. Charles, was arrested Saturday, April 12, on two DuPage County warrants for failing to appear in court.

• Felipe Moreno Jr., 25, of the 500 block of North Strack Street, Cortland, was charged Sunday, April 13, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content of more than 0.08 percent and improper lane use.

• Rozita Stoskuviene, 57, of the 1900 block of Rita Avenue, St. Charles, was arrested Tuesday, April 8, on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a charge of disorderly conduct.

• Alberto Joel Perez, 28, of the 6N300 block of Route 31, St. Charles, was charged Tuesday, April 8, with speeding and driving without a license. He also was arrested on a St. Charles warrant and a DuPage County warrant.

• Talisha L. Davis, 31, of the 1500 block of Indiana Street, St. Charles, was arrested Saturday, April 5, on a warrant carrying charges of making a false police report and making a false alarm/complaint to 911.

• Tonya E. Coleman, 21, of the 100 block of 17th Street, St. Charles, was arrested Saturday, April 5, on a St. Charles warrant carrying charges of making a false police report and making a false alarm/complaint to 911.
