GENEVA – Five cars had tires slashed and a sixth had its driver’s seat slashed on April 10, according to police reports.
Two tires valued at $240 were slashed on a Buick parked in the 500 block of Peyton Street, and one tire valued at $120 was punctured on a Toyota parked in the 200 block of Hamilton Street in a municipal parking lot.
Also, one tire valued at $120 was punctured on a vehicle parked in the 500 block of Hamilton Street, and one tire valued at $100 was slashed while parked in the 400 block of Hamilton Street.
In addition, two tires valued at $300 were slashed on a Nissan parked in the 100 block of North Sixth Street. And a driver’s seat valued at $500 was slashed while that vehicle was parked in the 3100 bock of Adamson Drive.
